Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How are your shirts printed?
  2. Our t-shirts are printed using a process called Plot Printing. Designs are machine-cut from a smooth, flexible material and pressed onto the fabric on a big machine that uses high heat and pressure to adhere them to the shirt.

  3. Ok, so how durable is it? Will it fade in the wash?
  4. Plot prints are incredibly durable, remarkably comfortable, and will retain their colors throughout a life of regular washing. Seriously, the print will outlast the t-shirt, not the other way around (like some shirt companies we’ve seen). It has such a high quality look and feel that we actually prefer it to silkscreen, and it will last just as long (probably longer).

  5. What kind of t-shirts do you print on?
  6. The type of shirt we use varies with the design, but we always print on the highest quality materials available. In most cases we use American Apparel brand t-shirts, but not always. We also use Fruit of the Loom, Alternative Apparel, and Bella. The type of shirt is listed on the Product Details page for that shirt, so you’ll always know what you’re getting. And don’t worry, none of our tees are see-through-thin or sweat-inducing-thick either, only the comfy stuff.

  7. I don’t see anything above XXL, can I get something bigger?
  8. You sure can, we have 3XL shirts available by request. Just drop us a line and let us know what shirt you need, we’ll hook you up if we can.

  9. How much is shipping?
  10. You can see a complete rundown of our shipping rates here.

  11. What is you return policy?
  12. All of our shirts are made to order, so unfortunately we cannot accept most returns. If you change your mind about a purchase or order the wrong size, unfortunately there is nothing we can do. So please double check your order and read sizing information available on the Product Details page. If the return is due to a mistake we made, then send it back and we’ll make it right.

  13. I have a really funny t-shirt idea, can I send it in?
  14. Absolutely. You think it, we’ll design it. In fact, if we decide we like your idea enough to design a shirt, we’ll send you one for free when it’s ready for print. Submit your idea on the requests page, or email it to us.

  15. Have a question this page didn’t answer?
